TERMS & CONDITIONS
Booking – once you have made a booking, your booking will be confirmed by e-mail which will show the balance to be paid and the date on which it is due. At this point your binding contract will come into existence. Please check your confirmation carefully as soon as you receive it. Contact us immediately if there any information on your confirmation which is either incorrect or incomplete as it may not be possible to make changes later. We act only as booking agents for your hotel reservations; your contract is with the hotel.
Payment – a deposit of £100 per person must be made at the time of the booking. We reserve the right to ask for an additional deposit where we need to prepay an additional sum to secure your booking.
The balance of your break must be paid no later than 6 weeks before your contracted break is due to commence. Bookings made less than 6 weeks before departure date must be paid in full at the time of booking.
£/Euro Exchange Rate - as the greater part of your Break is payable in Euros, any change in the Euro rate between deposit and the time of final payment, may result in an additional charge. Equally a change in the exchange rate to your advantage will result in a reduction of the final balance.
Methods of payment – we accept the following credit/debit cards: Visa, Mastercard, Switch, Delta and Connect. All payments by credit card carry a 1.5% handling charge. There is no handling charge for payments by debit card. Cheques are accepted made payable to GolfMark.
Cancellation by You – if you have to cancel the break at any time after the contract has taken effect, you must do this either by phone, e-mail or in writing. You will incur charges related to the period of notice given.

Cancellation by Us – if we have to cancel your break you will be offered an alternative break where available or a full refund. The nature of these breaks requires a minimum number for four persons for viability. You will be informed at the time of your booking as to the number of bookings for the break in question. In the event of there being insufficient bookings for a break to take place, you will be informed at least 3 weeks before the start date. You will then be offered either an alternative tuition break or a complete refund Insurance & Passports – you must have personal and medical travel insurance and it is your responsibility to ensure that you have sufficient cover. GolfMark does not provide or extend any insurance cover for contracted customer’s breaks.
It is mandatory that you have valid passports and/or visas for travel to Spain. Non-EU passengers are responsible for ensuring they have correct travel documentation.

PLEASE NOTE!
The Ballena Golf Course allows no refunds for rounds booked and paid for in advance & not played.
Therefore, unfortunately, there can be no refunds if you do not play any of the rounds pre-booked for you.
